What if I reached the allowed number of chats as per my plan?
Don’t worry, we will continue providing support. But will charge extra for additional chats. Eg, If your plan is “60 Chat Pack” and reached 60 chats. Then we will charge $3.5 extra for each additional chats. If your plan is “120 Chat Pack”, we will charge $2.5 for extra chats. If your plan is “240 Chat Pack”, we will charge $2 for extra chats.
You may email our sales team if you don’t want us to continue taking chats if chat limit is reached.
What if I’m getting more than 8 chats per day? Do you have unlimited chat support?
The “240 Chat Pack” is enough if you are getting “1-8” chats per day. ( 8 * 30 = 240 )
If your plan is “240 Chat Pack” and if you reached the 240 chat limit then we will charge $2 extra for each additional chats. That means we can handle unlimited number of chats with an additional charge for extra chats.
If you are getting high amounts of chats, you may check our “Semi-Dedicated” or “Dedicated” web hosting support plans. These are web hosting support plans with no chat limitations.
Do you offer money back or free trial for pay per chat plans?
Money back is not available for these plans. We can provide free trial for pay per chat plans but this will be based on the availability of techs and some other factors. Please feel free to contact our sales team if you need a free trial.
Is this L1/L2/L3 chat support??
This is actually a shared support plan with a mix of L1, L2 and L3 techs. Most of the techs are L1 and L2 level. We also have L3 level admins in each shift.
